When purchasing our produce from our online store we collect personal information you provide such as your name, address, email address. When you browse our online store your internet protocol (IP) is automatically provided to us and our server (squarespace) to help us learn about your browser and operating system.

If you wish to provide your email address in our email marketing campaign box,: With permission we may send you emails about our business, store, new products and other updates.

How do I give you my consent? 

When personal information is input to complete an online transaction, verify your credit and/or debit card, place an order, arrange delivery or return a product. We take this as permission to collect it for this reason only. Whereas if we ask you for personal information for second reason, eg marketing campaigns, we will give you an opportunity to 'opt out' or ask you directly for your consent.  

How do I withdraw my consent? 

You may withdraw your consent from us to contact you at any point after you have 'opted in'  whether you have changed your mind or don't want us holding your information just please contact us anytime on info@southwestsmokehouse.co.uk.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SQUARESPACE

Our e'commerce and website is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform, server and website templates that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 
Your data is stored through Squarespace data storage, databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: 
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Squarespace stores your credit card data for future purchases. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. 

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. 
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
